Quick Vacation Workout by Heather

Ok PSF’ers….who’s going on Spring Break? I am! Or maybe you are already out of town! Whatever the case, make time whenever you are away from home to keep up at least some form of your fitness routine.

This is an easy routine you can do without any equipment, you just need a little space in your hotel room and a timer of some sort. The workout is 10 minutes long so it’s great if you’re short on time or repeat the workout 2-3 times in a row, or even throughout the day, for more of a challenge.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with the last 10 seconds being at your highest intensity (go all out!).

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squat Pop Corners
  • Push-Ups
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Speedskate
  • Burpees
  • T Jacks
  • Football Run
  • Tricep Dips
  • Bent-Knee Double Crunches
  • Left Leg Lunge Pulse
  • Left Leg Lunge Knees In
  • Left Leg Donkey Kick
  • Squat Jumps
  • Right Leg Lunge Pulse
  • Right Leg Lunge Knees In
  • Right Leg Donkey Kick
  • Frog Jumps
  • Forearm Plank
Remember…it’s all about intensity! Push yourself and give it 100% – your body will appreciate the challenge and you won’t feel guilty about all of that vacation indulgence.
