Back & Biceps Blast

Grab some heavier weights (we are using 15 lbs) and chisel out an amazing back and biceps!

Warm-up with 5-10 minutes of cardio (why not go for a short run OUTSIDE?)

Bent-Over Row15-20 singles then 10 pulses  

Lunges: 15 singles then 15 pulses each leg

   

Hammer Curl: 15-20 singles then 10 pulses   

Staggered Stance Low Row10 with right foot in front then 10 with left foot in front   

 

 Squat-Curl Combo: 20 reps  

One-Legged Wide Row: 10 with right foot in front then 10 with left foot in front    

Isolation Curl: 10 singles then 10 pulses on each arm  

Lunge-Bicep Combo: 10 on each leg
