Strong Plank Workout

This plank variation workout is all strength! Grab a set of heavy Dumbbells and perform each exercise either one side at a time, or alternating sides.  Between each exercise be sure to stand up and perform a cardio drill to get your heart rate up and give your plank a break. 

  1. Plank Row Extension
  2. All 4s Twist to Table Press
  3. Opposite Knee to Row
  4. Kickback Plank Jack
