If you are dedicated to that 100 mile goal – you CAN get there by Sunday! How you ask? Well if currently you are closer to 40 miles than 100 miles obviously it is more challenging but if you need almost 60 miles it is possible…take 2-45 minute cycles then Saturday 7:40am & 8:15am, Sunday 8:45a & 9:25am plus maybe 1 more 30 minute class…sounds like a lot but that’s only 5 days of workouts, even leaving one day open! Again this if more towards getting 60 miles in 6 days….and it IS challenging but isn’t that the point?

Go for it! #TourdePSF
