If you’re looking for a quick, killer cardio blast….look no further! This squat jump – jump lunge combo will get your heart rate up and recruit a major muscle burn.
Be sure on the squat jumps to keep your booty back and on the jump lunges to bring your shoulders back upright and to keep your front knee over your heel. Oh and use those arms!
Perform these for reps or time then repeat for 2+ rounds. In between sets perform a strength exercise (like push ups or dips) to keep the burn going!
