Sometimes a subtle change is all you need! This plank jack variation will liven up your regular version…and also challenge you connect your mind to your muscles!
Get in your perfect plank position first – don’t let that booty pop up!
Bring your right knee to your left wrist, kick it back straight without touching the ground. Repeat the knee in but in the middle then to the same wrist. Finish with a plank jack then repeat on the other side.
Start off with 10 total then work your way up. If these bother your wrists try them out on your elbows – you can modify the amount of movement since you are lower to the ground.
