Move of the Day: Corner Burpees

This burpee variation will give your obliques just a little more challenge than the original version!


Al’s you need to do is jump back slightly on an angle as you shoot into the plank part of your burpee. Remember to make it slight and keep your shoulders over your wrists!

Go for 20…or 50…or just mix them into your current fitness routine for a cardio burst!
