Move of the Day: Commando Reach

The name of this move is a little riské 🤣 but it’s a good one!

Start on your hands and lower one forearm at a time into a forearm plank. Stay then reach one arm straight out and back, then the other. Walk back up to your hands and keep repeating, alternating lead arm. 

Keep your form! Make sure you aren’t piking up or arching your back, also relax your shoulders away from your ears. 

Start with 10 and work your way up…going commando is optional 😜
