Move of the Day: Glute Series

Everyone wants GREAT GLUTES right?! Start with this routine and get those buns of steel you’ve been wishing for!

  • Donkey kick pulses on knee
  • Full donkey kicks on knee
  • Donkey kick pulses in a plank
  • Full donkey kicks in a plank
  • Straight leg pulses in a plank
  • Straight leg pulses on knee
  • Straight leg up, cross lower & down on knee

Try for 10 of each to start, work up to 20 of each. The plank variety takes weight off your base knee so don’t skip it!
