​​We love BLAST! classes at PSF! 20 minutes of targeted tightening and toning that is way more challenging than you’d ever think!
One of our favorite BLAST! formats is lower body.  Not gonna lie…sitting down the next day can be tough (hurts so good!) but you definitely know it’s working!
