Best Blueberry Muffins!

Blueberry Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp melted canola or coconut oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl mix together the applesauce,vanilla & protein powder
Once it is all mixed, fold in the blueberries, rolled oats & melted cocnut oil
Place mixture in muffin tin & bake for 30-35 min or until golden brown
Let the muffins cool before eating
