Post-Valentine’s Cardio Detox

Valentine’s Day has come and gone…but all of that candy has probably got you needing a little detox!

After you get rid of all the leftover Reese’s, try out this simple sequence. Perform 10-20 reps of each exercises based on your fitness level. Keep repeating for 5-10 minutes for a quick calorie burn!

  1. Modified burpees
  2. Mountain climbers on the corner
  3. Side plank crunch
  4. Renegades (elbow to hand planks)
  5. Regular mountain climbers
  6. Burpees to the ground

*messy hair totally optional 💁🏼‍♀️
