But it’s Monday and there’s a lot of info here, so maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed? Would it help if we said, “don’t complicate things!”
Hopefully you’ve read the challenge details and understand how it all works. Now it’s the easy part. All you have to do is participate. It’s as easy as attending classes (try new ones and new instructors!), reading fun stuff about health, nutrition and fitness on this blog and trying the nutrition tips! See, it’s fun too!
A great way to approach the whole thing is to set aside some time every day to “map out” what you’d like to accomplish. May we suggest you use your lunch break for this? 😉 Take 5 minutes and figure out what workouts you want to sign up for and then hit the blog for a quick read on topics YOU requested when you signed up. Then, get involved even more by asking questions, posting your motivational tips, etc on our private FB page and on IG!
