Lean by Labor Day: Bonus Exercises

DAILY GOALS:

  • Take PSF classes EVERY DAY during the 3 week program
  • Utilize the PSF schedule to attend a VARIETY of formats (i.e. cycle, boxing, sculpt, TRX, barre, etc)
  • Try to perform bonus exercise opposite of your workout (i.e. if you take an a.m. class, do the exercise at night)
  • Don’t skip ANY days and record your efforts on the provided calendar!
